How to Enter

 

  1. Please read the Call for Entries information—along with the category descriptions—carefully before starting your submission.
     
  2. Please designate one contact per company for your awards.
     
  3. Your entry form will prompt you to provide the following:
    • Name of entrant
    • Contact information
    • Entry title
    • Indication of whether the entry is a Program or Project
    • A 50-word overview describing the entry
    • A summary detailing the important aspects of your entry
    • Supporting materials
    • PRSA member or non-member
    • Applicable entry fee (nonprofit or student)

      For PROGRAM categories: Include a summary no longer than 2 pages to introduce your program to include research, planning, execution and evaluation. 

      For PROJECT categories: Include a brief summary no longer than 1 page describing the objectives, execution, audience and results.
       
  4. You may attach up to five (5) supporting files in an approved format (Word doc, PDF, JPG, PNG—25 MB maximum per file) and up to three (3) URLs to include with your entry. 
    • File examples include a copy of the public relations plan, pictures, letters, scripts, reports, clippings, brochures, etc.
    • URLs can be used to link videos from sites such as YouTube and Vimeo. 
       
  5. Once you have completed your submission, please click "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts to pay online. Payment options include credit card, PayPal and check. You also may be invoiced. Entries are NOT complete until payment is received.

 

Tips & Reminders

  • If your entry is selected as a Parthenon Award finalist, you will asked to provide a JPEG depicting the program or activity for the awards event. Entries cannot be changed once they have been submitted.
     
  • Please check your entry for grammar, spelling and typographical errors prior to submission.
     
  • The last-chance deadline is Monday, June 19, 2023, at 5 p.m. Central. (NOTE: The submission fee goes up by $25 for late entries.)
